Role & responsibilities
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies.
Build cloud-native, microservices-based solutions on Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
Develop clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following SOLID and clean architecture principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and DevOps.
Evaluate recent technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills
7+ years of software development experience.
Solid expertise in Java/Spring Boot and/or React, Next.js, Node.js.




Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and contemporary DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of testing frameworks, API design, and software engineering best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
Exposure to React Native or Flutter.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
