Reporting and Communication: Provide daily sales reports to the Branch Manager, highlighting achievements and challenges. Maintain regular communication with the management team regarding market trends and customer feedback.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails. Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via email and phone, addressing customer needs and concerns.
Market Analysis: Gather valuable market and customer information to identify prospects and potential challenges. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Product Knowledge and Promotion: Stay updated on product developments and upcoming releases. Advise customers on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.
