About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Acquisition & Revenue Officer to drive business growth through B2C customer acquisition and franchise development. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers or franchise partners, and contributing to revenue generation. Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2C customers to expand the organizations market presence.
Generate leads and convert prospective customers into active business accounts.
Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and franchisees to ensure long-term engagement.
Develop and execute local market expansion strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Conduct field visits, promotional activities,



and business development campaigns.
Negotiate commercial terms with prospective franchise partners and customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on acquisition, revenue, and business development activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and operational support for new customers and franchisees.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
2 4 years of experience in B2C Sales, Customer Acquisition, Business Development, or Franchise Acquisition.
Experience in field sales or territory management will be an added advantage.
