Experience in Performance tuning and benchmarking of Aerospike DB or equivalent database.
Should be able to adopt and drive best practices and standards across the workplace.
Should be able to manage L1 & L2 database support teams.
Experience in Industry standard ITSM tools for incident management.
Experience with Cloud deployments (either public or private) preferred.
