Role & responsibilities
Robust experience in proposal writing, proposal drafting, and preparing client-facing bid responses.
Ability to review and analyze RFP/RFI documents, identify key requirements, and develop compliant responses.
Experience in gathering information from cross-functional teams and translating it into explicit, compelling proposal
Manage end-to-end RFP/RFI and proposal response activities.
Work closely with Sales, Solution, Pricing, Legal, HR, and Finance teams during bid submissions.
Prepare, compile, and submit high-quality proposal documents within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission guidelines.
Track bid timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder actions throughout the process.




Manage bid portals and support proposal submissions.
Maintain proposal content, knowledge repositories, and document version control.
Coordinate proposal reviews, approvals, and final sign-offs before submission.
Prepare bid reports, track win/loss data, and support process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing proposal documents.
Support multiple bids simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
