Key Responsibilities:
Solid knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes such as Injection Molding, Machining, and Sheet Metal to identify suitable vendors.
Develop and manage multiple vendors to improve quality, reduce cost, and minimize lead time.
Perform comparative analysis of quotations based on specifications, process understanding, and cost to optimize BOM cost.
Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP based on requirements from Stores, R&D;, and Production.
Daily coordination and follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to commitments.
Maintain procurement documentation as per ISO 13485 Clause 7.4.
Coordinate weekly review meetings with Stores, Production, and R&D; for issue resolution.




Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions for delays or quality issues.
Ensure proper documentation submission from vendors during supply (Invoice, COA, Test Reports, etc.).
Support current product development by sourcing and developing vendors for critical components.
