Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with 3 6 years of experience, proficient in Creo and with exposure to tractor or agricultural machinery systems. The role involves design, development, and integration of electrical systems ensuring performance and reliability.
Electrical Design & Development
Design electrical systems and wiring harnesses using Creo
Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and 3D routing
Develop and maintain BOM
Ensure integration with mechanical systems
Tractor Electrical Systems
Work on lighting, battery, sensors, ECU systems
Ensure rugged and reliable design for field conditions
Support product development and improvements
Harness Design & Routing
Design wiring harness layouts
Ensure durability and protection
Validate electrical packaging
Manufacturing & Vendor Coordination
Support DFM practices
Coordinate with vendors for development
Resolve production issues
Testing & Validation
Conduct system testing and validation
Perform root cause analysis
Implement design improvements
Required Skills
Proficiency in Creo (mandatory)
Knowledge of tractor electrical systems
Understanding of wiring and components
Solid analytical skills
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics
Experience

Tractor/agri or automotive domain preferred
