Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor labour, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site housekeeping practices.
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and project teams for smooth site execution.
Track material usage and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to the reporting manager.
Identify and resolve in office issues to avoid delays in project execution.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
4+ years of experience in residential/commercial real estate construction.
Positive knowledge of construction drawings, execution methods, and quality control.
