WHAT YOULL DO
Assist in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.




Coordinate with candidates on interview schedules and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support onboarding and induction for recent joiners.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR files.
Assist with attendance management and day-to-day HR admin.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Ensure assigned HR tasks and reports are completed on time.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING
Qualification: Undergraduate degree; MBA in HR preferred.
Language Proficiency: English and Tamil required; Hindi preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Positive interpersonal and organizational skills.
A genuine willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced environment.
