Role & responsibilities
Provide technical, functional, and business analyst support to end users.
Assist in developing client project statements of work.
Responsible for/manage all testing, moving and configuration of changes/fixes into the ERP Systems.
Communicate project updates including status, risks, issues, and escalations.
Perform ongoing support services to existing clients via email/phone support and onsite visits.
Create and/or modify reports for the systems to better serve the business workflows.
Conduct the various phases of an implementation methodology as appropriate (SDLC, waterfall, agile, hybrid)
Preferred candidate profile
Positive communication skill
Excellent problem solving skill
Prior experence in School ERP implementation will be an added advantage
