Looking for a senior Genesys Cloud CCaaS skilled who can confidently engage with business and technical stakeholders, lead solution discussions, and drive the Genesys integration workstream.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement integrations between Genesys Cloud and AI-powered Agent Assist platforms.
Configure and manage Genesys Cloud telephony, Architect Flows, Routing, Queues, and Audio Streaming capabilities.
Develop and support SIP-based integrations (SIP Refer, SIP Transfer, Audio Connectors).
Integrate Agent Assist solutions with Salesforce CRM and backend enterprise systems.
Support real-time transcription, sentiment analysis, next-best-action recommendations, and call summarization use cases.
Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, conduct workshops, and provide solution recommendations.
Participate in architecture discussions, UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and knowledge transfer activities.
Troubleshoot complex contact center integration and voice-related issues.

Required Skills:
2+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience.
Robust expertise in Genesys Architect, Flows, Routing, Queues, Telephony, and Contact Center Operations.




Experience integrating external AI/Agent Assist platforms with Genesys Cloud.
Experience with voice streaming, transcription, and conversational AI integrations.
Solid understanding of SIP protocols, WebRTC, Audio Connectors, and Voice APIs.
Experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce CRM/Service Cloud.
Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and middleware integrations.
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions and represent the team directly with customer stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Kore.ai, Amazon Connect, Azure AI, OpenAI, Google CCAI, or similar Agent Assist platforms.
Conversational AI and Prompt Engineering experience.
Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience.
Experience with sentiment analysis, call intelligence, and agent productivity solutions.
