Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 support for Globalscape EFT/MFT platforms, resolving incidents and service requests.
Monitor and troubleshoot secure file transfer services, connectivity, authentication, and access-related issues.
Manage user provisioning, SSH keys, encryption, and access controls.
Support patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and partner onboarding.
Collaborate with L3 teams for escalations, root cause analysis, and major incident resolution.
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with security and ITIL processes.

Required Skills
4 6 years of experience in Network Security or Secure File Transfer.
Hands-on experience with Globalscape EFT (Enhanced File Transfer).
Robust knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, SCP, and HTTPS protocols.
Experience with SSH key management, PGP encryption, and authentication mechanisms.




Positive understanding of firewalls, proxies, and network security fundamentals.
Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting.
Exposure to enterprise MFT platforms such as Axway, IBM Sterling, or TIBCO.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOX.
