Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Service to oversee the design, configuration, and delivery of D365 Customer Service solutions. This role involves leading technical design, application setup, code quality, and delivery coordination while engaging with clients to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver estimations.

Preferred candidate profile
6 to 7 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in Customer Service module.
Expertise in application architecture, design, and configuration in D365.
Solid knowledge of Dataverse data model, entity relationships, and their integration with UI and business workflows.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customizations, Knowledge on integration Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), C#, .NET, JavaScript, and D365 SDK.
Proficient in enforcing technical standards.
Proven capability in estimating technical efforts and solution sizing.
Solid experience in client interactions, requirement discussions, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Hands on experience with code repositories like GIT/TFS, ticking systems like JIRA
