Role & responsibilities
Coordinate the procurement of engineering spares, maintenance materials, and indirect goods.
Manage purchase requests and purchase orders through to delivery and payment.
Source quotations from suppliers and support supplier selection activities.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
Support inventory availability by helping prevent material shortages and supply disruptions.
Build solid working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Review pricing and purchasing data to identify cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports within company systems.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree Engineering.
Experience in procurement,



purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing, industrial, mining, chemical, metals, or heavy industry environment.
Exposure to engineering spares, MRO materials, or plant procurement activities.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
Robust communication, coordination, and supplier management skills.
Positive analytical skills with the ability to evaluate costs and purchasing decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting tools.
