What the Company Is Looking For

We are looking for a strong AI Python Tech Lead with 912 years of experience who is highly hands-on in Python programming, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Generative AI, RAG, and Vector Databases. The ideal candidate should have robust technical leadership capabilities and experience designing and developing scalable AI/GenAI solutions.

Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
Excellent knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
Robust problem-solving and programming skills
Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications
Solid experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Hands-on experience with Vector Databases
Experience with technologies such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, Weaviate, or equivalent
Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM integration
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and GenAI solution architecture




Proven experience in a Tech Lead / Technical Leadership role
Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentor engineers

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
Design and implement scalable RAG-based applications and LLM-powered solutions.
Develop and optimize solutions using Vector Databases and semantic search.
Write clean, efficient, scalable, and production-ready Python code.
Apply strong DSA and problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
Participate in architecture and design discussions for AI/GenAI platforms.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
Stay updated with emerging GenAI, LLM, RAG, and AI engineering technologies.
