Role & responsibilities
Reading and understanding production schedule and weighing materials
Knowledge of operation of all equipment pertaining to /EP(Engineering Plastic) compounding plant Twin Screw Extruders, Mixers, Additive weighing systems, Automatic packing machines, etc.
Continuous monitoring parameters of Extruder and other equipment
Operation of all equipment pertaining to Twin Screw Extruder operation, Extruder parameters monitoring, Data entry of finished production & break down notification, Communication with material movement team
Operation of all equipment pertaining to mixer operation of ABS compounding process, Mixer / weigh feeders parameters monitoring, Data entry, Communication with material movement team
Knowledge of operation of different analytical instruments / equipment used for testing of plastics and polymers.
Positive knowledge of computer usage
Management material stocks
100% compliance to EHS policy and procedures
To maintain positive house keeping, equipment cleanliness & 5S
Shall have positive learning, communication and interpersonal skills
Mastery of Pigments,
Masterbatches, Dyes Color and their chemical interactions within various base resins.
With Knowledge Spectrophotometer for checking Color Velue.
Hands-on experience operating injection molding machines to run and verify color chips.
Ability to achieve exact color hits for complex Engineering-Grade Materials.
Knowledge on 5'S, SAP, Quality Standards, Customer Documentation and troubleshooting Extrusion Process.
Expertise in documentation for IATF and ISO quality systems
Comprehensive management of operational logs and technical manuals.
Proficiency in IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
Monitor and optimize extruder machine parameters for plastic compounds.
Execute daily production schedules while maintaining safety standards.
Prepare detailed process reports and performance analysis.
