Job Type: Full time.
Work Timing: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST
Work Location: Chennai

Experience:
47 years in PMO, Project Coordination, or Delivery Operations.
IT services or multivendor project experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with SAP teams on project updates, deliverables, and escalations.
Liaise with contractors for onboarding, compliance, and timesheet submissions.
Work with partner firms to track recruitment needs and candidate pipelines.
Ensure timesheet discipline across employees and contractors.
Coordinate with customers for invoice submission, approvals, and payment followups.
Support account mining by tracking prospects, org charts, and current initiatives.
Maintain project trackers,



dashboards, and weekly status reports.
Assist with SOW tracking, documentation, and internal audit readiness.
Manage meeting schedules, MOMs, and followup actions.

Skills Competencies:
Solid communication and stakeholder management.
High attention to detail and ability to enforce process discipline.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
Experience in SAP delivery environments is an advantage.
Ability to work with multiregion teams and manage timesensitive tasks.
