Role & responsibilities :
Prepare and execute production planning based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, and finished goods.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, QA, QC, and Supply Chain teams for smooth execution of production plans.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid production delays.
Manage capacity planning, batch scheduling, and dispatch planning to meet customer commitments.
Track daily/weekly/monthly production plans and prepare MIS reports.
Optimize inventory levels to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Handle planning in ERP/SAP systems and maintain accurate records.
Drive continuous improvement in planning efficiency and inventory management
