We are looking for candidates to join our Global Analytics and Research (Human Capital) team for the Sr. Specialist/Lead Specialist/Manager role.

Desired candidate profile:
We are looking for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience
Candidates should have a degree in statistics, economics, statistics-heavy social sciences, or a related quantitative field (PhD and Master’s degree preferred)
Candidates should have experience in an analytical or research role, applying quantitative methods to real-world business or academic questions
Candidates should have a robust foundation in inferential statistics and research design, including experience with methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, Bayesian statistics, and experimental or observational study design
Candidates should have proficiency in Python for data analysis and statistical modeling, along with solid Excel skills
Reporting to the Manager.
Will be IC role.
