We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
Build and enhance test automation frameworks for web applications.
Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Perform API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
Identify, log, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure application quality.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Perform database validation using SQL queries.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,



and retrospectives.
Prepare test execution reports and provide regular project status updates.
Continuously improve automation coverage and testing processes.

Required Skills
Robust experience with Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency in Java or Python
Experience with TestNG or JUnit
Hands-on experience in API Testing using Postman or REST Assured
Valuable knowledge of SQL for database testing
Experience with Git for version control
Knowledge of Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
Experience using Jira for defect tracking and project management
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
