Job Description for Purchase Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive with at least 2 years of experience in procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for requirements.
Maintain solid vendor relationships and resolve supply issues.
Work closely with engineering and production teams for material specifications.
Track market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare regular purchase reports for management review.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in manufacturing.
Solid negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS word, Power point)
