Develop and implement comprehensive biodiversity strategies and action plans.
Conduct field surveys, species identification, and data analysis to assess biodiversity impact.
Collaborate with government bodies, municipalities, and stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
Prepare Biodiversity Action Plans (BAP) and Nature-based Solutions for clients.
Design and deliver training programs on biodiversity awareness and capacity building.
Provide expert advice on ABS under the Biological Diversity Act, 2002, and other relevant laws.

Job Requirements
Ph.D. in Biodiversity Conservation, Forestry, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, landscape governance, and policy research.
Solid knowledge of BAP,



Nature-based Solutions, and ABS under the Biological Diversity Act, 2002.
Experience in preparing LBSAPs for municipalities and regional governments.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build solid relationships.
