Hiring: Associate / Senior Associate Client Accounting Services (CAS)
Location: Chennai, Guindy
Experience: 0.6 months - 3 Years
Job Type: Full time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end accounting for U.S.-based clients.
Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Work with cloud accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, MRI, and Yardi.
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and provide client support.

Eligibility:




Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
15 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Hands-on experience with 3 or more accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Bill.com, MRI, or Yardi).
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with U.S.-based clients or outsourced accounting is preferred.

Preferred:
Experience in CPA firms, outsourced accounting, or shared service centers.
Knowledge of payroll, tax preparation, or multi-entity accounting is an added advantage.
