Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to the production plan.
Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce productivity.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily MIS.
Implement and monitor 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and maintain a safe working workplace.
Train, guide, and evaluate operators and shop floor employees.
Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Control process wastage, rework,



and material losses.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
Experience in manpower handling and shift management.
Understanding of quality systems and process controls.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems will be an advantage.
