Role & responsibilities
Content Development & Enhancement
• Develop and update training modules across platforms Current hires and refreshers
• Design digital content using latest tools which have higher adoption across distribution channels
• Ensure all content aligns with areas such as sales, service, pitching, customer experience, compliance, ethics, and qualified behaviour.
• Integrate case studies, scenarios, and role-plays to promote experiential learning.
• Maintain a structured module tracker and ensure timely content delivery.
• Participate in content quality reviews and collaborate with stakeholders for accuracy and relevance.
Training Delivery & Coverage




• Ensure 100% execution of planned training roadmap (Classroom + Digital)
• Manage feedback and assessments, attendance reporting, feedback forms, and dashboards for Training Managers.
• Deliver minimum training programs annually
Initiatives, Innovation & Digital Learning
• Develop and launch digital learning module (microlearning, digital modules, Training App, etc.)
• Drive usage penetration across the mapped learner base
• Support current learning initiatives and partner with cross functional teams for digital projects
