Job Description for Medical Officer :
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Evaluate patients, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests to diagnose various medical conditions.
Treatment and Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, teat with injection (if needed), and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and disease prevention.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and test results.
Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with nurses, clinical assistant, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Compliance with Clinic Policies: Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and guidelines, including those related to patient confidentiality, informed consent, and medical ethics.
Supervision on vaccination program
