Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' learning goals, career aspirations, and educational requirements.
Recommend suitable GeeksforGeeks courses based on individual needs.
Build robust relationships with prospective learners and provide a seamless counselling experience.
Follow up with leads to address queries and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.




Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Stay updated on GeeksforGeeks courses, offerings, and industry trends.
Collect and share student feedback to improve the counselling and enrollment process.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree (final-year students awaiting results may also apply).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Internship or project experience in sales, customer support, business development, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
Strong interest in sales, counselling, and customer interaction.

Required Skills
