Supervise shop-floor operations and ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot setup or process-related issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure production meets quality standards, delivery schedules, and productivity goals.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production issues.
Train and guide operators on machine setup, operation, and safety procedures.
Maintain production reports, machine setup records, and shift documentation.
