1 2 years of experience in Banking and Digital Channel Testing with expertise in Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and BBPS applications.
Responsible for requirement analysis, test planning, test case design, execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support.
Experience in testing fund transfers, beneficiary management, bill payments, account services, deposits, alerts & notifications, BBPS biller onboarding, bill fetch/payment, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
Solid knowledge of functional, integration, API, database, and end-to-end transaction testing.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
Ability to coordinate with business, product, and development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Banking domain experience and understanding of digital banking and payment systems are preferred.
