Duties & Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Firewalls for network security.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise Wi-Fi networks to ensure seamless connectivity.
Implement and support CASB security solutions for cloud and web traffic protection.
Deploy, monitor, and manage endpoint security solutions.
Perform day-to-day network monitoring, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
Assist in network design, configuration, and optimization to ensure scalability and reliability.
Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Maintain security best practices, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Work with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and recent implementations.
Document network processes, policies, and incident reports.

Preferred Qualifications




2--3 years of proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with:
Firewalls (configuration & troubleshooting).(Fortigate)
CASB Solutions .(netskope,Zscaler,FortiZTNA)
Endpoint Security.
Robust knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
Certifications: CCNA or CCNP (valid and active).
Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Patient and qualified demeanor, with a can-do attitude.
