Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and interview schedules.
Candidates from Insurance/Fintech/BFSI are preferred.
