We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to ensure a secure and healthy work setting by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, identifying workplace hazards, and ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations. The candidate will play a key role in promoting a solid safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards.
Conduct safety induction and awareness training for employees and contractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Coordinate fire safety drills, emergency response activities, and evacuation procedures.
Maintain EHS records, permits, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
Liaise with government authorities during safety inspections and audits.
Promote employee participation in safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
