Job Summary

A Canada-based truck dispatch training company, is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven International Sales Representatives to promote and sell our truck dispatch training programs. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy working in a target-driven environment, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell truck dispatch training programs to prospective students.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with clients across India and international markets.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and lead nurturing.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Convert leads into enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.




Stay updated on the truck dispatch industry and company offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in international sales, inside sales, telesales, customer acquisition, or business development.
Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Knowledge of USCanada truck dispatching is preferred. Candidates with robust sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
Must have a personal laptop and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: 25,000 per month onward
