JBM Auto Limited is currently hiring for BOP SCM, with responsibilities focused on procurement, inventory control, and vendor management for auto components, especially sheet metal parts.

Role - Executive/Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities

Procurement
Maintain inventory levels as per defined targets.
Ensure cost-effective sourcing of sheet metal and auto components.

Logistics
Arrange vehicles on time for material supply.
Ensure timely submission of bills and dispatch documentation.

Customer & Supplier Satisfaction
Achieve on-time delivery of materials to OEMs/customers.
Resolve BOP quality issues in coordination with SQI (Supplier Quality Improvement) personnel.

Learning & Development (L&D;)
Complete minimum three trainings annually.
Ensure horizontal deployment of learnings across the team.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5 to 8 years in SCM, preferably in auto components or sheet metal industries.
Technical Skills:
SAP/MRP systems, supply chain software.
Data analysis and reporting.
