Employee Data Management Executive (SAP)

Job Summary

The Employee Data Management Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the SAP HR system. The role involves processing employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR operations while adhering to organizational policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain employee records in the SAP HR platform.
Process employee lifecycle transactions, including:
New hire creation
Employee transfers
Promotions
Salary changes
Organizational changes
Terminations and exits
Verify employee data for accuracy and completeness before processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and audit requirements.
Handle employee data correction requests within defined SLAs.
Generate and maintain HR reports as required.
Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of SAP HR/HCM or SAP SuccessFactors (preferred).
Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, deadline-driven workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields preferred)
Freshers with good analytical skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

Shift Timings

The role requires working in rotational night shifts:
05:30 PM 03:00 AM
06:30 PM 04:00 AM
