Job Responsibilities-
Data Coordination & MIS Management
Collect, compile, and maintain operational and commercial data from multiple HPM sites.
Prepare periodic MIS, dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of site-level data.
Coordinate with Site GMs, Accounts, CE, and Vendors for required information.
Data Analysis & Gap Identification
Analyze site-wise data related to CAM recovery, vendor performance, utility consumption, service complaints, and operational costs.
Identify trends, deviations, process gaps, and improvement prospects.
Highlight risks, delays, and inefficiencies through structured reports.
Execution Tracking & Follow-Up
Track execution of key initiatives, SOPs, corrective actions, and commercial processes.
Maintain action trackers and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
Monitor implementation status across sites and escalate delays wherever required.
Support pilot implementation and rollout of recent processes.
