Our client is an established, four-decade-old electronics and home-appliance manufacturer based in Goregaon West, Mumbai, and a trusted supply-chain partner to leading multinational brands. They are a professionally run, growing manufacturing enterprise connected to the Western Line.

Role & responsibilities
Material planning and raising purchase orders against indents.
Following up with vendors on pricing, order status, and timely delivery.
Maintaining accurate purchase records, GRN entries, and documentation.
Preparing basic purchase reports and price comparisons in Excel or ERP.
Coordinating internally with stores, accounts, and production.
Supporting vendor evaluation and routine negotiations.
Identifying current vendors and discovering competitive component/material pricing.





Preferred candidate profile
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in purchase or procurement, ideally in manufacturing.
Working knowledge of Tally, SAP MM, or a similar ERP for purchase entries.
Comfortable with MS Excel comparatives, tracking, and basic reports.
Transparent coordination with vendors and internal teams, written and verbal.
Currently residing in the Mumbai Western Suburbs.
Valuable to have: exposure to electrical, electronic, or plastic component buying; familiarity with GRN, vendor reconciliation, and PO/GST documentation.
