Role Objective:
To lead and manage end-to-end fiber deployment activities across the MPCG circle by ensuring timely execution, quality compliance, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and achievement of project KPIs.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure, particularly OFC Network Projects.
Experience in project planning, execution, and customer management.
Sound understanding of ROW management, vendor coordination, material planning, and project billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
10 to 15 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure/OFC Projects.
Technical Graduate (Civil/Telecom preferred).
Proven experience in handling customer-facing roles.
Solid team management and people leadership skills.
Willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh Circle.
