Roles and Responsibilities :
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements :
Must be a Chartered Accountant with a robust foundation in financial concepts.
Preferred experience in the BFSI/NBFC/Banking industry.
Essential skills include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
