Job description
Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per the prescribed care plan.
Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's overall health condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care as prescribed.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and mobility, when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions.
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication, and home care.
Identify changes in the patient's condition and promptly report them to the treating physician.
Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient safety at all times.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring comfort and dignity.
Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and the healthcare team for continuity of care.

Key Requirements:
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Positive communication and clinical skills.
Willingness to travel and work versatile shifts.
Experience in homecare, ICU, or hospital settings is preferred
