We are looking for DWS Engineering professionals to support and manage Thin Client devices and HP Device Manager (HPDM) environments. The role involves installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of enterprise thin client infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities L1 Thin Client HPDM Support
Provide first-level support for Thin Client devices and HPDM
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and device configuration issues
Monitor device health and patch compliance
Handle service requests, incidents, and basic upgrades
Escalate complex issues to L2
L2 Thin Client HPDM Support
Perform advanced troubleshooting for Thin Clients and HPDM
Manage device enrollment, updates, and configuration via HPDM
Monitor and optimize device performance across the enterprise
Ensure compliance with security and operational policies
Support firmware updates,
patching, and deployments
Assist in documentation, SOPs, and reporting
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Thin Client devices (HP, Dell, or equivalent)
Experience with HP Device Manager (HPDM)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory
ITIL processes and incident/change management
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
Positive to Have
Exposure to VDI environments (Citrix / VMware Horizon)
Scripting knowledge for automation
Experience with device imaging and patch management
Education
Bachelor s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
