Job Title: O2C (Order to Cash) / Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated O2C / Accounts Receivable skilled with 3 to 6 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash process. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Billing, and Customer Account Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations within the O2C cycle.
Follow up with customers for outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Perform cash application and payment allocation activities.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and disputes.
Prepare and analyze AR aging reports and collection forecasts.
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment issues.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and compliance requirements.




Drive continuous process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
Required Skills
Robust understanding of O2C / Accounts Receivable processes.
Hands-on experience in Collections, Cash Application, Billing, and Reconciliation.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, HighRadius, or similar platforms.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
Qualifications
B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), BBA, or any Finance-related degree.
3 to 6 years of relevant O2C / Accounts Receivable experience.

Preferred Skills
Experience handling global clients.
Exposure to US/UK accounting processes.
Knowledge of dispute management and credit control.
