Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled JD Edwards (JDE) Manufacturing Consultant with robust expertise in Manufacturing and CSMS (Customer Service Management System) modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end JDE solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Work as a Functional Consultant in JDE EnterpriseOne across Manufacturing, CAM, and CSMS modules.
Configure and support JDE Manufacturing processes (BOM, Routing, Shop Floor, MRP, Work Orders).
Implement and manage CSMS module, including:
Equipment / install base management
Contract management (warranty & service)
Service work orders and after-sales processes
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.
Prepare functional specifications (FSD) and assist in technical design documentation (TSD).
Experience Requirements
10 15 years of experience in JDE EnterpriseOne
Experience in implementation / support / upgrade projects
