Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Improve organic visibility through effective SEO strategies.
Optimize campaign performance based on data, analytics, and ROI.
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, remarketing, and conversion funnels.
Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads.
Coordinate with the content, design, and branding teams for campaign execution.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Continuously explore current growth channels and creative marketing ideas.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics(GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of conversion tracking, landing page optimization, and lead funnel management.
Creative mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
