Lead the Data Science team and manage end-to-end analytics projects.
Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions for business problems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
Build and deploy scalable ML models into production.
Ensure data quality, governance, and model performance.
Mentor and guide data scientists and analysts.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive innovation by evaluating current AI/ML technologies.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
Solid leadership experience managing data science teams.
Expertise in machine learning, statistics, and predictive analytics.
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and visualization tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
