Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Citrix VDI Engineer/Architect to design, manage, and optimize Citrix infrastructures, lead incident response, and ensure high availability for end-user facing services.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and manage scalable Citrix infrastructures
Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
Mentor junior team members and document system configurations
Optimize performance and implement strategic enhancements
Ensure end-to-end availability and reliability of Citrix services
Collaborate with other IT teams for integration with cloud platforms and monitoring tools

Skills Experience
5+ years of Citrix experience , including App Layering and Provisioning Services




Expertise in Citrix ADC (NetScaler) , Citrix VDI , Virtual Desktops , Virtual Apps , Citrix Gateway , StoreFront , and Citrix Workspace
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and monitoring tools

Certifications (Preferred)
Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA)
Citrix Certified Expert (CCE)

Desired Skills
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and mentoring abilities
Experience managing enterprise-scale Citrix settings
