Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced O365 Services Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Exchange Clusters/DAGs and perform routine maintenance
Prepare and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents
Apply Exchange Rollups and Service Packs
Analyze repeat incidents and alerts to prevent recurrence
Perform performance tuning as recommended by OEMs
Update and maintain availability and capacity management
Plan and execute Continual Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
Conduct DR drills based on DR setup and recovery procedures (if applicable)
Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, Knowledge Base (KB), and infrastructure documentation
Integrate Exchange Online with Office 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive




Configure mail flow connectors with external partners or third-party services
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless system integration
Handle email and Teams eDiscovery, including data exports

Email Security solutions

Certifications (Preferred)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
