Job Requirements*
5 years on ServiceNow platform, 5+ years in ITOM modules.
Expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB design.
Robust understanding of infrastructure and application dependencies.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM preferred.
Key Responsibilities*
Own the overall design and architecture of the ServiceNow ITOM solution, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
Lead assessment and design workshops for ITOM implementation.
Define architecture for Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB.
Create high level and detailed design documents for integrations and dashboards.
Provide technical governance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
