Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Role & Responsibility
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Conduct reference and background checks as required.
Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.




Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience recruiting for technical, sales, IT hiring or specialized on software Development hiring roles.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
Qualified certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition.
