Roles and Responsibility
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Conduct project status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics analysis.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Lead or similar role in a rapid-paced environment.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with project management tools, software, and technologies is an added advantage.
